Grazer, Maintainer, Destroyer?

The following guidelines can help you determine which size of meal to choose.  You might fit all or some of the criteria listed in each category.

  • Male Grazer:  
    • Consumes 2000-2400 calories per day.  
    • Meals will be approximately 400 calories and contain 40 carbohydrates, 30 proteins, and 13 fats.  
    • For those that like small, frequent meals throughout the day.  
    • These meals also make great snack options when coupled with Maintainer or Destroyer meals.
    • sedentary/not active throughout the day
  • Male Maintainer:  
    • Consumes 2500-2700 calories per day.  
    • Meals will be approximately 500 calories and contain 50 grams of carbohydrates, 37 grams of protein, and 16 grams of fat.
    • lightly active
    • 1 workout per day
  • Male Destroyer:  
    • Consumes 2800+ calories per day.  
    • Meals will  be approximately 600 calories and contain 60 grams of carbohydrate, 45 grams of protein, and 20 grams of fat.
    • very active
    • multiple workouts per day

 

  • Female Grazer:  
    • Consumes 1600-1800 calories per day.  
    • Meals will be approximately 320 calories and contain 32 grams of carbohydrate, 24 grams of protein, and 10 grams of fat.
    • sedentary/not active throughout the day
    • small female
  • Female Maintainer:  
    • Consumes 1900-2100 calories per day.  
    • Meals will be approximately 380 calories and contain 38 grams of carbohydrate, 28 grams of protein, and 12 grams of fat.
    • lightly active
    • 1 workout per day
  • Female Destroyer:  
    • Consumes 2200+ calories per day.  
    • Meals will be approximately 440 calories and contain 44 grams of carbohydrate, 33 grams of protein, and 14 grams of fat.

    • well-muscled female
